NEW BUILDS
We’ll work closely with your architect to create a detailed project plan. We deliver our new builds on time and on budget. We have the full range of contacts and tradeworkers to take the build from design to construction, to carpentry through to plastering and decoration. We specialise in high quality, complex construction projects across the country with a portfolio that includes new houses, flat blocks, office buildings and garages.
We try wherever possible to focus on using locally sourced, sustainable materials. Your planning application will specify the type of materials your new build will be constructed from.
1Call Construction only invoice as work is completed in agreed stages. The first valuation is after a month’s work and amounts are agreed when progress is made. This is done by having a thoroughly worked out project plan, timeline and agreed cost structure. As stages of work are completed (either entirely or by %) we invoice you at the end of each month.
EXTENSIONS & CONVERTIONS
Make the most of the space they already have. We pride ourselves in being able to transform a cold dark space into a warm and totally usable room. Our conversions cost significantly less than moving, or extending. Whether you need an extra bedroom, a home office, extended kitchen, playroom, gym or even a home cinema we take care of everything from design through to completion. RENOVATIONS
We can offer a complete renovation service from a single room to a full interior. Expertise across all trades including trusted sub-contractors managed by our dedicated project managers ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
With older properties, we are prepared for anything, with plenty of experience in quickly demolishing the interiors of dated properties and arranging rubbish removal in preparation for your property being refurbished. We will work closely with you on the work you want to be carried out, whether it’s a change of layout, bespoke kitchen, new modern bathrooms, removal of chimney breasts, new flooring, new windows and doors, under-floor heating, new eco-friendly heating system, or plastering and painting.
ROOFING
We offer an expert range of roofing services including roof tiling, roof slating, roof repairs and roof maintenance. Traditional tiling materials such as terracotta and slate, to more modern materials like concrete and plastic, our team can assist in selecting the most suitable tiles for your project’s needs.
There are also many shapes available, from flat, Roman, S-shaped pantiles, semi-cylindrical barrel tiles, interlocking roof tiles which also give protection from the wind, and vertical block tiles known as antefixes. No need to feel overwhelmed, we will help you find the one for you.
